O Jesus, God and King of the Universe, “Thou hast wounded my heart”, my Love, with Thy Most Sacred Heart, Its flames overflowing and running over into the deep recesses of my soul. O dearly Beloved, I beseech Thee to be espoused to me on the Wedding Feast of Thy adorable Heart. Take my chastity and virginity and consecrate it to Thee, O True Lover! From now until eternity, keep it from receiving even the smallest stain of sin; purify it with the eternal Fire of Thy Love, a Fire that lasts forever! Lavish upon me, O true God and Bridegroom, Thy precious jewels of virtue and Thy sweet flowers of grace and sacrifice. When my earthly exile is over, embrace me, O dear Jesus. Judge me according to the Standard and desires of Thy Heart, in which this Vow is renewed, with every beat of Its holy pulsations, so as to receive Thee, O Jesus, O my Love, the Crown and Throne of my life!
JFB
P.S.: This Spiritual Espousal is intended to be said on the Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, which is on June 3, 2016, preferably in front of a statue of the Sacred Heart. If there is no statue of the Sacred Heart in your Church or home, any Image of Him will suffice. Any woman who feels called to and desires to make a Spiritual Espousal and Consecration, should do so.

Today, Friday 13 May 2016, is the 99th anniversary of the Our Lady’s first appearance to the three shepherd children near Fatima, Portugal. Next year: 100. Portentous, given what’s going on in the Church these days.
I, for one, am not entirely convinced that we have seen every part of the so-called Third Secret. It’s controversial, I know. Antonio Socci’s book on the so-called “Fourth Secret of Fatima” is in English now (UK HERE). Alas, I don’t think that Tossati’s book (which is better) is in English.
You might want to check 1 Peter 5 today, for an entry about Sr. Lucia’s statements that speaks of the “final battle”.
‘The final battle between the Lord and the reign of Satan will be about marriage and the family. Don’t be afraid, because anyone who works for the sanctity of marriage and the family will always be contended and opposed in every way, for this is the decisive issue.’ And then she concluded: ‘however, Our Lady has already crushed its head.’”
Whether or not what we see swirling about “the family”, tearing at it, transmogrifying it, there is a “battle” going on. The final? Who knows. But one thing is sure. If the Enemy succeeds in destroying the core concept of family as intended by God in the minds and hearts of enough people, it’s game over over for an orderly, sane society. TEOTWAWKI.

P.S.: Pray and make sacrifices for the Pope to consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary with all the world’s Bishops. Many Catholic priests, newspapers, and online articles are lying when they tell you the 1984 Consecration of the world to the Immaculate Heart of Mary by John Paul II was approved by Our Lady and Sister Lucia. It was not. Our Lady asked for Russia to be consecrated to Her Immaculate Heart, not the world.
